Abstract:
A kitchen waste pretreatment apparatus, comprising a tank body (1), wherein an upper part (1A) of the tank body (1) has a rectangular structure, a lower part (1B) of the tank body has a conical structure, a head part (1E1) of the tank body (1) is provided with a feed opening (1.1), a tail part (1E2) of the tank body is provided with a discharge opening (1.2), a tank bottom (1C) of the tank body (1) is in an inclined state, in which the head part (1E1) is higher than the tail part (1E2), and sand deposited on the tank bottom (1C) flows to the tail part along the inclined tank bottom (1C); and a sand extraction point of a shaftless spiral sand extraction machine (4) is positioned at the bottommost part of the tank body (1), an emptying pipe (1.4) is arranged at the bottom of the tank body (1), a residual baffle (2) is arranged between the head part (1E1) and the tail part (1E2) of the tank body (1), a residual push plate (3.1) is also arranged on one side face of the tank body (1), a residual outlet (1.3) is also arranged at a position on the other side face of the tank body (1) corresponding to the residual push plate (3.1), and the residual push plate (3.1) is positioned upstream of the residual baffle (2) according to the flow direction of a liquid material (5). The apparatus has the functions of automatically discharging residual slurry and sand, has a simple and practical structure, and occupies a small area.
