Abstract:
The kneader (1) pertaining to the present invention is provided with kneader main unit (20) having a casing (3) having a kneading chamber (2), and a kneading unit (4) disposed inside the casing (3) and used for kneading material inside the kneading chamber (2). The material to be fed into the kneading chamber (2) contains a resin material, an inorganic additive to be added to the resin material, and a coupling agent for increasing the affinity of the inorganic additive in relation to the resin material. The kneader (1) is furthermore provided with a knead monitor unit (12) for monitoring the kneading state of the material by detecting reaction byproducts generated when the coupling agent reacts with the inorganic additive.
