Abstract:
The present invention relates to a kneading apparatus for manufacturing candies, which is capable of effectively kneading a semifinished product for manufacturing candies, comprising: a rotating portion which has an upper surface formed as a plane so that the semifinished product for manufacturing candies can be disposed thereon, and can be rotated about a virtual longitudinal axis that is perpendicular to the upper surface; an edge portion which is arranged on the outer side of the rotating portion and has an upper surface forming the same plane extending from the upper surface of the rotating portion; a first push portion which is disposed on the upper surface of the edge portion, and is moved forward onto the upper surface of the rotating portion along the transverse direction and then can be retracted to the original position; and a second push portion which is disposed on the upper surface of the edge portion so as to face the first push portion, and then is moved forward onto the upper surface of the rotating portion along the transverse direction and can be retracted to the original position.
