Abstract:
A knife die supply system, comprising a storage rack (2) of knife templates (A) provided in a frame (1), and a driving device (3) thereof. The knife templates are stacked up and down in the storage rack in layers, guide pillars (5) are respectively arranged at four corners of the frame, guide sleeves (6) in sliding fit with the guide pillars are provided on the storage rack, and the driving device drives the storage rack to move up and down along the guide pillars. The driving device comprises synchronous belts (36) provided on the left and right sides of the frame, each synchronous belt is provided with a knife rest fixing plate (37), the knife rest fixing plate has one end fixed to the synchronous belt and the other end fixed to the storage rack on this side, and the two synchronous belts simultaneously drive the storage rack to move up and down by means of the respective knife rest fixing plates. The present invention further relates to a high-speed intelligent cutting processing center using the system. According to the system and the processing center, using the synchronous belt structure not only simplifies the driving structure, but also effectively reduces the device volume, improves the position repeatability of up-down operation of the storage rack of the knife templates, and achieves good device stability.
