Abstract:
A knife holder assembly (100), comprising a knife blade assembly (110), a buckle assembly and a knife holder (150), wherein the knife blade assembly (110) comprises a knife blade (111) and a knife shaft (113), the knife blade (111) being connected to one end of the knife shaft (113); the knife holder (150) forms an installation groove (151); and the other end of the knife shaft (113) is detachably connected to the installation groove (151) via the buckle assembly. Also provided are a stirring cup assembly using the knife holder assembly (100) and a food processor. The knife blade assembly (110) is detachable.
