Abstract:
A knob cipher lock comprising a lock housing (200), a lock body mechanism (100), and a knob cipher mechanism (300). The lock housing (200) comprises a front panel (21), a back panel (22), and outer and inner handles (242 and 241) arranged respectively at the outer and inner sides of the lock housing (200). The knob cipher mechanism (300) comprises knobs (31) inserted into rotary shafts (33). The knob cipher lock also comprises a control mechanism (400) and a key cylinder (500). The control mechanism (400) is connected to the knob cipher mechanism (300) via the rotary shafts (33). The control mechanism (400) is connected to a deadbolt (11) of the lock body mechanism (100) via the key cylinder (500). The control mechanism (400) comprises a cipher lock piece (41), a positioning lock piece (42), an interfering lock piece (43), a deadbolt lock piece (44), an interlocking lock piece (45), a dialing block (46), an outer dialing fork (47), an inner dialing fork (48), a cipher wheel (49), and a resetting lock piece (40). The cipher lock piece (41), the positioning lock piece (42), the interfering lock piece (43), and the resetting lock piece (40) are arranged in parallel. Either the deadbolt lock piece (44) or the interlocking lock piece (45) allows resetting of the dialing block (46). When locking, the cipher lock piece (41) controls movements of the outer dialing fork (47) and the inner dialing fork (48) controls movements of the cipher lock piece (41).
