Abstract:
A method for preparing a l-stepholidine sustained-release microsphere, comprising the following steps: dissolving l-stepholidine and a degradable polymer having a hydrophobic chain segment in an organic solvent to obtain a drug-containing polymer solution; adding the drug-containing polymer solution to an aqueous phase while stirring to form an 0/W emulsion, and removing the organic solvent therefrom; the aqueous phase contains a stabilizer, and the ratio of the stabilizer to the aqueous phase is 0.1% to 5% (w/v); and while stirring, adding the above obtained dispersion system to water for curing, so as to obtain an l-stepholidine sustained-release microsphere having a good particle size, a round shape, no sudden release, and a long-acting antidepressant effect.
