Abstract:
The average grain size of this L10-FeNi magnetic powder (11) is 50 nm to 1 μm, and the average value of sphericity P defined by formula (1) is 0.9 or higher. (1): P = Ls/Lr In formula (1), Lr is the circumference of the L10-FeNi magnetic powder in a microscope image. In formula (1), Ls is the circumference of a true circle having the same area as that in the image of the L10-FeNi magnetic powder in which Lr was calculated.
