Title:
LACE-FIXING TOOL
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/176427
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the prior art, when various types of shoes fastened by laces are put on or taken off, the two laces are hung on hooks disposed on the shoes or are passed through holes, and then the two laces are pulled in order to be tied together. In this case, much time is taken, tying and untying the laces is inconvenient and cumbersome, and the laces become unintentionally untied over time and the untied laces are trodden on by the other foot, leading to tripping or falling. Korean Patent Application No. 10-2006-0102693 has been filed to address these problems. Although the invention addresses various problems, the invention relates to a method for tying two laces by gathering the two laces into the middle. Therefore, the invention is not suitable for fully opening the front portions of shoes, and quickly putting on or taking off the shoes is rendered inconvenient. In order to solve these problems, the present invention enables two laces to be fixed to fixing holes, respectively, disposed separately from each other on either side of the shoe and to function as hooks so as not to require the two laces to be gathered in the middle for tying. Since the two laces are not connected to each other in the middle of the shoes, opening the front portion of the shoe is convenient, the inside of the shoe can be dried, and the shoes can be put on or taken off quickly.
