Abstract:
Provided are a Lactobacillus brevis strain and anti-cervical cancer use thereof. The provided Lactobacillus brevis is specifically (Lactobacillus brevis) YNH, which is deposited under CGMCC No. 24368 at the China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center. Experiments have demonstrated that Lactobacillus brevis YNH has the effects of reducing the proliferation activity of Hela cells of cervical cancer, arresting the Hela cell cycle at the S phase, reducing the mitochondrial membrane potential of Hela cells and promoting the apoptosis of Hela cells. Lactobacillus brevis YNH can inhibit the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway to inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells, promote apoptosis, and inhibit the proliferation of subcutaneous tumors of cervical cancer in nude mice, has relatively good inhibitory activity against Hela cells of cervical cancer, and can be used for adjusting the microecological balance of the genital tract of cervical cancer patients, preventing and treating cervical cancer, and improving the survival rate of cervical cancer patients. The strain is used for preparing fermented food and related drugs for inhibiting the development and progression of cervical cancer, thus having very wide application prospects.
