Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of microbial fermentation, and particularly provides a Lactobacillus helveticus fermentation product with high biological corrosion resistance, a preparation method therefor, and use thereof. The Lactobacillus helveticus fermentation product with high biological corrosion resistance comprises a fermentation product obtained by fermenting a fermentation medium with Lactobacillus helveticus CICC 6064. The fermentation medium contains cereals or milk. The Lactobacillus helveticus fermentation product with high biological corrosion resistance is provided, which has the characteristics of being natural, green and the like, and is easily accepted by modern consumers. The Lactobacillus helveticus fermentation product has broad-spectrum antibacterial effects on Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus and Halomonas daqingensis, has relatively strong corrosion resistance, can be used as a preservative for food, medicine or cosmetics, and is particularly suitable for controlling cosmetic production control bacteria and biofilm-producing bacterial strains.
