Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a strain of novel Lactobacillus rhamnosus and an application thereof. The Lactobacillus rhamnosus has high exopolysaccharide production, has good antioxidant activity, and can effectively inhibit the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the skin and alleviate damage caused by ultraviolet rays (UVB) to the skin. The deposit number thereof is CCTCC NO: M2021589. The described Lactobacillus rhamnosus has no toxic effect on the body, is expected to be used in the preparation of sunscreen cosmetics, and has broad application prospects.
