Abstract:
Embodiments of the present application provide a Lamb wave resonator and a preparation method therefor, a filter, a radio frequency module, and an electronic device. The Lamb wave resonator comprises a substrate, an acoustic wave reflection layer disposed on the substrate, a piezoelectric layer disposed on the acoustic wave reflection layer, and an interdigital transducer disposed on the piezoelectric layer. The acoustic impedance of the acoustic wave reflection layer is less than the acoustic impedance of the piezoelectric layer. The surface of the acoustic wave reflection layer facing the piezoelectric layer has an acoustic wave reflection coefficient R, where 0.5 ≤ R ≤ 0.86.
