Abstract:
Provided is a laminate having excellent partial discharge resistance. This laminate of a conductor and an insulating film comprises a conductor and an insulating film formed on the conductor, wherein: the insulating film is made of a resin composition including a metal oxide hydrate; and when the laminate is subjected to partial discharge resulting from an inverter surge, an inorganic insulating layer is formed in the insulating film.
