Abstract:
Provided is a laminate having: a substrate made of nickel or a nickel alloy; and a hard carbon coating film which firmly adheres to the substrate and is less likely to be peeled off. The laminate comprises a substrate (100) made of nickel or a nickel alloy, an intermediate layer (200) formed on the substrate (100), and a hard carbon coating film (300) formed on the intermediate layer (200), wherein the intermediate layer (200) contains nickel nitride.
