Abstract:
Provided is a laminated ceramic capacitor that can suppress high-frequency heat generation in order to improve long-term reliability. A laminated ceramic capacitor according to the present invention includes: a laminate body including a plurality of dielectric layers that are laminated, a first main surface and a second main surface opposing each other in the height direction, a first side surface and a second side surface opposing each other in the width direction orthogonal to the height direction, and a first end surface and a second end surface opposing each other in the length direction orthogonal to the the height direction and the width direction; first internal electrode layers laminated alternately with the plurality of dielectric layers and exposed at the first end surface; second internal electrode layers laminated alternately with the plurality of dielectric layers and exposed at the second end surface; a first external electrode connected to the first internal electrode layers and disposed on the first end surface; and a second external electrode connected to the second internal electrode layers and disposed on the second end surface. The dielectric layers contain a ceramic material. The average particle size of the ceramic particles in the ceramic material is 710 nm to 830 nm; and the coverage of the first internal electrode layers relative to the dielectric layers and the coverage of the second internal electrode layers relative to the dielectric layers are 60% to 85%.
