Abstract:
A laminated coil component 1 comprising: a laminate 10 made by lamination of a plurality of insulation layers, a coil being incorporated into the interior of said laminate 10; and a first external electrode 21 and a second external electrode 22 electrically connected to the coil, wherein the laminated coil component 1 is characterized in that the coil axis direction is parallel to a mounting surface for the laminated coil component 1 and the lamination direction of the laminate 10 is perpendicular to said mounting surface, the relationships coil thickness CL/coil width Cw ≥ 1.5 and coil thickness CL/coil width Cw ≤ 4.0 obtaining in a cross section obtained by cutting a coil conductor 31 extending in the lamination direction of the laminate 10 at a surface parallel to the mounting surface, where the coil thickness CL is the dimension along the direction parallel to the coil axis of the coil conductor 31, and the coil width Cw is the dimension along the direction orthogonal to the direction of the coil thickness CL.
