Abstract:
A laminated ultrasonic vibration device, wherein a plurality of piezoelectric bodies (61) are provided between two mass members (42, 43), using brazing materials (73, 76) each having a smaller elastic constant than the two mass members (42, 43) and the plurality of piezoelectric bodies (61), joining between the plurality of piezoelectric bodies (61) to form a homogeneous material joint is performed by a first metallic joining layer having a first thickness (d1), and joining between the plurality of piezoelectric bodies (61) and the mass members (42, 43) to form a heterogeneous material joint is performed by a second metallic joining layer having a second thickness (d2) thicker than the first thickness (d1).
