Abstract:
In order to provide a lamination apparatus capable of producing a laminated body having reduced generation of voids and improved flatness, the lamination apparatus comprises a vacuum lamination device 1 and a first flat press lamination device 2, wherein the vacuum lamination device 1 has a pair of plate blocks 11 and 12, with a substrate 104 and a resin 106 being pressed therebetween, the plate block 12 that can move forward and backward has an elastic press plate 22 and a buffer material 21, the buffer material 21 is made of a multilayer body having three or more layers including a fiber layer and a rubber layer, and the pressing force on the substrate 104 and the resin 106 between the pair of plate blocks 11 and 12 is set in the range of 2.5-3.97 MPa per 500 square mm area.
