Abstract:

For a plurality of welding passes, an inter-pass temperature with a set inter-pass time is calculated, a determination is performed to ascertain whether the inter-pass temperature is kept within a predetermined inter-pass temperature range, and the inter-pass time is adjusted until the inter-pass temperature is kept within the inter-pass temperature range. A molding time for molding the laminate molded object is calculated on the basis of the inter-pass time and the welding pass time and is compared with a predetermined upper limit value, and welding conditions in a lamination plan are repeatedly modified until the molding time is equal to or less than the upper limit value. Alternatively, modifications are repeatedly made until the shape difference between molded object shape data relating to the laminate molded object created on the basis of the inter-pass time and the inter-pass temperature, and the molded shape in three-dimensional shape data, is smaller than a near net value.
