Abstract:
The present invention features two novel members of laminin family, i.e., laminin 13 and laminin 14, the methods of making these molecules, and the methods of using these molecules in treating neural disorders, e.g., retinal disorders. The present invention also features using a preparation of laminin 5 to treat neural disorders, especially disorders associated with retina.
