Abstract:
A lamp fixing apparatus (1) and a ceiling lamp (300). A fixing base (100) and a connecting seat (200) are arranged; during assembling, the connecting seat (200) is connected to mounting portions (112) on a first main body portion (110) of the fixing base (100) by means of binding portions (212) on a second main body portion (210), so that rapid assembling of the fixing base (100) and the connecting seat (200) is achieved, and assembling is convenient. Elastic elements are in limiting fit with limiting grooves (213) so as to form an anti-retreating structure, so that the connecting seat (200) can be fixed, and the connecting seat (200) can be prevented from falling off from the fixing base (100), thereby ensuring the stability of assembling.
