Abstract:
The present application relates to the field of indoor illumination, and particularly to a lamp holder capable of adjusting the glare rating of a down lamp. The lamp holder comprises a bottom plate, a protective shell for holding the down lamp, and a transmission device for transferring a motion of the bottom plate to the down lamp, wherein the down lamp is slidably connected in the protective shell; the bottom plate is rotatably connected to one end of the protective shell; and when the bottom plate rotates, the transmission device drives the down lamp to move in the protective shell along the axis of the bottom plate so as to adjust the height of the down lamp. According to the present application, the effect of adjusting the glare rating of the lamp can be achieved when an indoor height is fixed.
