Abstract:
A lamp inspection method applicable to quantitative analysis of the filling quantity in a vapor producing section of an aerosol producing article, comprising: providing a lamp inspection device capable of fixing an aerosol producing article (3), and a surface light source (1) capable of providing horizontal light beams. The line-plane angle between the axis of the aerosol producing article (3) fixed by the lamp inspection device and the horizontal plane is 0° to 90°; and the axis of the aerosol producing article (3) fixed by the lamp inspection device is perpendicular to the horizontal light beams provided by the surface light source (1). Further provided is a lamp inspection device applicable to quantitative analysis of the filling quantity in a vapor producing section of an aerosol producing article. The lamp inspection device can accurately measure the filling quantity in a vapor producing section (31) of the aerosol producing article (3), determine whether an aerosol producing source fills a cavity, and quantitatively determine the filling quantity, facilitating product inspection, and solving the problem of inspection of little or no filling with the aerosol producing source.
