Abstract:
This invention is mainly made by attaching glass-fiber thread to glass material that is a raw material of lampshade on the inside lamp with inorganic adhesives. In the past, as there was some worries in case that lamp was anxieties about accident that many people got hurt according to the discharge of pieces of broken glass in case of lamp's damage due to the mistake with heavy load when lamp was hung to the ceiling, this invention is made for preventing the personal accident from happening by making broken pieces not to be discharge and bounced up due to the attached glass thread even though glass was broken. The speciality of this invention is that it is composed by the shape that glass-fiber thread and inorganic adhesives with high power are formed in one body.

Lampshade made by sticking a glass- fiber thread used for indoor lamp

[TECHNICAL FIELD] This invention is regarding a lampshade of glass material mainly used for an inside lamp and it is made not only to prevent personal accident previously but also to be able to act in the visual mood of much safer lamp by adhering to the strong glass-fiber thread without splashing pieces of broken glass in case of the accident, by providing lampshade that glass-fiber thread on lampshade composed of glass material was manufactured with glass as inorganic adhesives. In the past, people who was walking inside felt some sense of beauty in this, however, it made many people feel anxiety and there were many accidents that made people got hurts by splashing pieces of broken glass in case that heavy lamp (5) hung to the ceiling (6) fell down with lampshade (l).

Therefore, for removing this demerit, this invention is made for reducing personal accidents by adhering an inside glass side (2') to the lamp without splashing pieces of broken glass to everywhere by glass-fiber thread (4) adhered to the strong inorganic adhesives (3) in spite of the broken lampshade by falling.

[BACKGROUND ART] This invention is made not only to prevent personal accident previously but also to be able to act in the visual mood of much safer lamp by sticking to the strong glass-fiber thread without splashing pieces of broken glass in case of the accident by providing lampshade that glass-fiber thread on lampshade composed of glass material was

manufactured with glass as inorganic adhesives. In the past, there were many accidents that made people get accidents by splashing pieces of broken glass in case that heavy lamp (5) hung to the ceiling (6) fell down with lampshade (1). Therefore, for removing this demerit, this invention is made for reducing personal accident by adhering an inside glass side (2') to the lamp without splashing pieces of broken glass to everywhere by glass-fiber thread (4) adhered to the strong inorganic adhesives (3) in spite that lampshade was broken by falling.

[DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION] This invention is made by baking the glass-fiber thread (4) of inside glass side (2') that an inside glass side touches with lamp (5) and inorganic adhesives (3) between inside glass side (2') and outside glass side (2) of glass that is material of lampshade (l) at 570°C, and the element and rate of inorganic adhesives (3) is glass lampshade (l) manufactured by mixing barium (Bs) 49% + water and fire material 0.2% + nitric acid (Na2o) 15% + silicic acid (Si02) 35% + oxidized steel (Fe203) 0.8%.

[BEST EXECUTING CASE OF INVENTION] This invention is made for minimizing the personal damage by adhering piece of glass to the glass-fiber thread (4) by strong inorganic adhesives (3) of glass lampshade (l).

In the past, they used more than 5-7m/m as a glass thickness for preventing the easy breaking of glass, however, this invention can reduce a cost of raw material more than two times by reducing the glass thickness to approx. 2-3m/m. Therefore, this invention is a very useful invention with the effects of serving a triple purpose as it is easy to install due to its economical and light character.

[INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY] This invention is a very useful invention with the effects of serving a triple purpose as it can reduce a cost of raw material more than two times, install easily due to its economical and light character and minimize personal damage. Therefore, we would like to contribute to the industrial development by merchandising this according to the above merits of this invention.
