A landing gear and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) having the same. The landing gear (20) comprises a driving assembly (210) and a landing gear body (220), wherein the driving assembly (210) comprises a connecting member (213) and a driving device (211) used to drive the connecting member (213) to perform reciprocal motion. The landing gear body (220) comprises a plurality of hinged connecting rods, and the hinged connecting rods form at least one parallelogram structure. The landing gear (220) is connected to the connecting member (213), and when the connecting member (213) performs reciprocal motion, the landing gear body (220) is driven to expand or to collapse. The reciprocal motion of the connecting member (213) enables the landing gear body (220) to fold up and collapse into both sides or the bottom of the vehicle body (10), thereby enabling the landing gear (20) to be folded up and collapsed, such that the landing gear (20) does not cause air resistance when the UAV is in flight.
