Abstract:
A lanyard winder (24) is configured so that a cam (46) can rotate and change to a free position, a locked position, and a standby position. The free position is a position at which the cam (46) can rotate to each direction. The locked position is a position at which a locking engagement section (82) is engaged with the engagement section (96) of a cam receiver (52). The standby position is a position at which a standby engagement section (84) and a plate spring (48) are engaged with each other. When a bobbin rotates in one direction, the cam (46) changes from the free position to the standby position. When the bobbin rotates in the other direction, the front end (82a) of the cam (46) which is located at the standby position is guided by a guide surface (100) and the cam (46) changes from the standby position to the locked position.
