Abstract:
This lap welded joint comprises a plurality of steel plates that are partially or entirely overlapped, a spot welded portion joining the overlapped parts of two or more of the steel plates, and an arc welded portion disposed so as to temper a nugget of the spot welded portion, wherein: at least one of the spot welded steel plates is a high-strength steel plate having a tensile strength of at least 780 MPa; a part in which a measured value of a hardness of the nugget of the spot welded portion is smallest is located between a center of the nugget and the arc welded portion; and a difference between a minimum value of the measured value of the hardness of the nugget and a maximum value of the measured value of the hardness of the nugget is at least equal to 25 HV.
