Abstract:
Laptable is a new word in the world of tables and making solid plane surfaces for work. This is, therefore, advancement in the field of furniture. Absolutely new good with some novel components that outperforms all its predecessors by the complexity and variety of problems it solves with simple structure, employing standard components in unexpected way. Mechanical movement of Laptable's parts allows table use in standing, sitting and laying positions. It offers excellent solution to common effort in making tea table for reading in bedroom. Primary aim, however, is to provide more comfortable experience while using laptops and notebooks at home, work or elsewhere. Attached drawings represent simple model. Stand alone piece that would be excellent modernization in its plain design, even without electricity presence that makes it absolutely original eternal art.

Description

This invention is made possible by mechanical movement of parts brought together to form this product and the inclusion of electricity in the table structure.

Attached drawings show composed model on page 1.

On page 2, top surface is lifted and moved forward to the left, showing Laptable in action.

Finally, page 3 shows 4 top and 4 bottom components:

1. Table surface.

2. Set of two upper rails (movement right and left).

3. Set of two lower rails (movements forward and back).

4. Podium with pedal (rotational movement).

5. Gas spring (movement up and down).

6. Column with socket and connecting wire.

7. Self-retracting cable reel with hole in the centre and a plug.

8. Table base on castors (movement of the whole model on plain surface).

Top surface (1) is fixed to upper rails (2), attached to lower rails (3), secured to podium (4), mounted on gas lift (5), sitting inside column (6) through a reel of cables (7) into base on castors (8).
