Abstract:
A large-diameter steel-plastic combined thread protector for protecting a pipe head (7) of a steel pipe, comprising an iron housing (1), a bayonet (2), a plastic core (3) having a thread (4), and an anti-loosening accessory (6). The plastic core (3) having the thread (4) is in threaded fit with the pipe head (7). The iron housing (1) is in interference fit with the plastic core (3). The plastic core (3) is disposed within the iron housing (1), the iron housing (1) and the plastic core (3) are connected and fixed by means of the bayonet (2), and the thread (4) is provided inside the plastic core (3). Alternatively, the iron housing (1) is disposed inside the plastic core (3), the iron housing (1) and the plastic core (3) are connected and fixed by means of the bayonet (2), and the thread (4) is provided outside the plastic core (3). The iron housing (1) or the plastic core (3) is provided with an anti-loosening fitting hole (8). The anti-loosening accessory (6) is installed between the anti-loosening fitting hole (8) and the pipe head (7).
