Abstract:
The present invention relates to a technique with respect to a large pipe high speed cutter capable of cutting the pipe in the thickness direction thereof while rotating the same, comprising: a transfer part including a transfer roller provided at the upper part of a lifting means, provided at a frame, so as to movably support the pipe in the longitudinal direction, and a rotation roller provided on the frame, such that the pipe is mounted thereon by the lowering of the lifting means, and connected to the power of a motor so as to rotate and support the pipe; a pressing part provided at one side of the transfer part and including a pressing member having a ball caster provided at the end thereof so as to move forward by a reciprocation moving means so as to come into contact with one side end of the pipe, thereby moving and rotationally supporting the pipe; a stopper part provided at the other side of the transfer part and including a horizontal movement member having a ball caster provided at the end thereof so as to move in the direction of the other side end of the pipe by a position adjustment means, thereby restricting the movement of the pipe, moved by the pressing part, and rotationally supporting the same; a pipe fixing part provided at the upper part of the transfer part, and including a first clamp having a roller to be lowered by the lifting means so as to rotationally support the upper part of the pipe and a second clamp spaced from the first clamp and having a roller to be lowered by the lifting means so as to rotationally support the upper part of the pipe; and a cutting part provided to be moved in the vertical direction at the upper part of the transfer part so as to lower in between the first clamp and the second clamp, thereby cutting the pipe by a cutting blade, which rotates simultaneously with the rotation of the pipe by the rotation roller.
