Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laser processing apparatus for forming a ring beam with uniform energy distribution and outputting a laser beam with a long depth of focus and a small focal point. The laser processing apparatus comprises: a housing part in which an accommodation space is formed, and which has an incident hole punctured at one end thereof and an output hole punctured at the other end thereof; an iris part provided under the incident hole inside the housing part so as to adjust the size of an incident beam that passes through the incident hole; a multifocal diffractive lens part, which is provided under the iris part inside the housing part so as to deflect the incident beam to a plurality of degrees along an optical axis, diffracts the deflected beams at the same time, and form a ring beam; and a multi-layer focus lens part provided below the multifocal diffractive lens part inside the housing part so as to focus the beams that pass through the multifocal diffractive lens part. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for processing an object by using a laser processing apparatus, the method enabling the object to be cut down to a deep surface through a beam processed and output by the laser processing apparatus. The method for processing an object by using a laser processing apparatus comprises the steps of (A) preparing the laser processing apparatus comprising: a housing part in which an accommodation space is formed, and which has an incident hole punctured at one end thereof and an output hole punctured at the other end thereof; an iris part provided under the incident hole inside the housing part so as to adjust the size of an incident beam; a multifocal diffractive lens part, which is provided under the iris part inside the housing part so as to deflect the incident beam to a plurality of degrees along an optical axis, diffracts the deflected beams at the same time, and forms a ring beam; and a multi-layer focus lens part provided below the multifocal diffractive lens part inside the housing part so as to focus the beams that pass through the multifocal diffractive lens part, (B) providing the laser processing apparatus below a laser beam output apparatus for outputting a laser beam, and (C) positioning the object below the laser processing apparatus.
