Abstract:
A laser cleaning apparatus, comprising a mobile cleaning machine (1), and an optical imaging module (2), a signal processing and control module (3), a laser cleaning module (4), a cleaning quality analysis module (5) and a laser head adjustment module (6) which are arranged on the mobile cleaning machine (1), wherein the signal processing and control module (3) is respectively connected to the optical imaging module (2), the laser cleaning module (4), the cleaning quality analysis module (5) and the laser head adjustment module (6), and the signal processing and control module (3) controls parameters which are used for performing laser cleaning for the laser cleaning module (4); the cleaning quality analysis module (5) is used for analyzing the cleaning quality of each cleaning part of a workpiece; and the signal processing and control module (3) controls the laser head adjustment module (6) to adjust the position of a laser head (41) of the laser cleaning module (4). The laser cleaning apparatus is capable of identifying the rusting situation of a workpiece, so as to determine, according to the rusting situation, the cleanliness of each position, thereby facilitating thorough cleaning, and having the advantage of improving the cleaning effect thereof.
