Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of laser processing, and provides a laser composite repairing method for an offshore platform pile leg capable of eliminating a cladding layer interface, comprising: extracting an offshore platform pile leg defect model; machining a defect area to obtain a shape suitable for cladding repairing; configuring cladding powder; regulating and controlling laser cladding process parameters; performing laser shock peening; observing an interface elimination effect by means of EBSD; regulating and controlling the laser shock process parameters; removing a cladding layer higher than the surface of a part and the like, so as to complete repairing of the damaged position of the offshore platform pile leg. In the present invention, the cladding powder with the impedance similar to that of an offshore platform pile leg base body is selected, the cladding process parameters and the impact process parameters are regulated and controlled, impact waves generated by laser impact are used for generating large-scale transmission on the close impedance material interface, crystal grains of the cladding layer and crystal grains of an interface area between the cladding layer and the offshore platform pile leg base body are refined, and the interface is eliminated, such that the overall strength of the repaired offshore platform pile leg part is improved.
