Abstract:
A laser device for defense against a flying object according to an embodiment of the present invention may include: a laser oscillator for outputting a laser beam; a laser beam irradiation area generation part for generating a laser beam irradiation area in the air on the basis of the output laser beam; and a control part for controlling the laser beam irradiation area generation part to generate a laser beam irradiation plane having an energy density above a preconfigured threshold in the laser beam irradiation area and controlling to generate the laser beam irradiation area which is a three-dimensional space from the laser device to the laser beam irradiation plane and in which a flying object positioned is hit with the laser beam.
