Abstract:
A laser distance measuring device (40), comprising: a transmitting module (41), a receiving module (42), and a control and processing circuit (43). The transmitting module (41) comprises first light sources, a beam combining element, and a second light source. The beam combining element couples beams emitted by the first light sources together to form a second light source so as to emit a second beam. The receiving module (42) comprises a pixel array consisting of a plurality of pixels. The control and processing circuit (43) is used for synchronizing trigger signals of the transmitting module (41) and the receiving module (42) to calculate the time of flight required by the beam from transmission to reception, and calculating the distance of a target object according to the time of flight. The device couples a plurality of first light sources together to form the second light source, and increases the light energy and peak power of the emitted beam, so that the emitted beam has the advantage of high peak power under a narrow pulse width. In combination with a scanning element, different scanning-based distance measuring modes are achieved, so that the laser distance measuring device can improve both the distance measuring precision and the distance measuring capability.
