Abstract:
A laser emitting apparatus (20, 30), the laser emitting apparatus (20, 30) comprising: a drive assembly (301), a laser emitter (302), an energy storage module (303), and a circuit board (304); the laser emitter (302) is a bare die laser emitter, an input end of the laser emitter (302) is electrically connected to the energy storage module (303), and an output end of the laser emitter (302) is electrically connected to the drive assembly (301); the drive assembly (301) is used to control the turning on or off of the circuit in which the laser emitter (302) is located; the energy storage module (303) is electrically connected to an external power supply (11), and the energy storage module (303) and the external power supply (11) are used for generating electrical signals required for driving the laser emitter (302); the drive assembly (301) is used to output drive signals so as to control the energy storage module (303) and the external power supply (11) to output electrical signals to the laser emitter (302), thereby enabling the laser emitter (302) to emit laser light; the drive assembly (301), the laser emitter (302), and the energy storage module (303) are fixed on the circuit board (304), and the circuit board (304) is provided with a grounding layer (334). The laser emitting apparatus (20, 30) increases the rate of change of current, and thus increases the peak power of laser emission and enhances the anti-interference capabilities of laser emission.
