Abstract:
This nozzle unit comprises a first nozzle, a second nozzle, a second blowout port, a third nozzle, and a third blowout port. The first nozzle includes a first blowout port. The first blowout port blows assist gas toward a workpiece. The second blowout port blows inner shield gas toward the workpiece in order to remove a light-blocking liquid from between the first nozzle and the workpiece. The third blowout port blows outer shield gas toward the workpiece in order to remove the light-blocking liquid from between the first nozzle and the workpiece. The height of the third blowout port relative to the workpiece is greater than the height of the second blowout port relative to the workpiece. The height of the second blowout port relative to the workpiece is greater than the height of the first blowout port relative to the workpiece.
