Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: an amplification unit (21) that amplifies a laser beam and emits the laser beam through an emission part (20); a case (16) that covers the amplification unit (21); and an outer support mechanism (17) and an inner support mechanism (18) that are provided to the case (16), wherein a window part (29) is formed in the case (16), an outer movable leg (34) enables the case (16) to slide in the radial direction about an outer fixed leg (33), an inner movable leg (36) enables the amplification unit (21) to slide in the radial direction about an inner fixed leg (35), a straight line passing through the center of the outer fixed leg (33) and the center of the inner fixed leg (35) intersects a straight line passing through the emission part (20) and the window part (29), and the axis of a laser beam emitted through the emission part (20) coincides with the axis of a laser beam emitted through the window part (29).
