Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a laser light source for oscillating laser light; a transmission optical fiber for transmitting the laser light oscillated from the laser light source; a laser radiation unit for irradiating an object with the laser light transmitted by the transmission optical fiber; a power source for receiving input of an AC voltage, generating a drive voltage for causing the laser light source to enter a state in which the laser can be oscillated, and applying the drive voltage to the laser light source; a semiconductor switch provided on the path of the drive voltage between the power source and the laser light source; a mechanical relay provided on the path of the AC voltage to the power source; and a control unit for monitoring control signals, including an on signal for turning on the semiconductor switch, and an off signal for turning off the semiconductor switch and cutting off the path of the drive voltage.
