Abstract:
This laser processing device comprises: a laser light source unit that emits a laser beam onto the surface of a steel sheet that is conveyed in a preset conveying direction; a first nozzle that spurts, parallel to the optical axis direction of the laser beam, gas toward an irradiation site of the laser beam; and a dust collection mechanism unit that is provided only on either the upstream side or the downstream side of the irradiation site in the conveying direction and that collects, from a dust collection port, laser spatter generated from the irradiation site.
