Abstract:
In the present invention, a conversion element (71) converts the beam profile of a laser beam (Ls) which is supplied from the outside and which is output from a nozzle (215). A holder (61) holds the conversion element (71). The holder (61) is connected to the tip of a shaft (62). An actuator (64) moves the shaft (62) such that the conversion element (71) advances into or retracts from the luminous flux Ls1 of the laser beam Ls. Formed inside the shaft (62) are a first flow path (FR1) through which a fluid as a refrigerant (FL1) can flow from the base side to the holder (61) side, and a second flow path (FR2) through which fluid that has flowed through the first flow path (FR1) can flow back to the base side from the holder (61) side of the shaft (62).
