Abstract:
The present invention provides a laser scanning display method. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: a laser beam is periodically modulated into S-polarized light or P-polarized light by a polarization modulator; the S-polarized light and the P-polarized light are split by a polarization beam splitting prism and then are emitted along optical paths of different directions; the S-polarized light or the P-polarized light is reflected by a reflecting assembly to an MEMS micro reflecting mirror that periodically vibrates, and then is reflected to a projection screen or a retina of a human eye for imaging; moreover, an included angle between the directions of the optical paths along which the S-polarized light and the P-polarized light are alternately incident onto the MEMS micro reflecting mirror is ɑ, and the relational expression ɑ≠0 is satisfied. Therefore, under the condition that the mechanical swing angle of the MEMS micro reflecting mirror is not increased, the present invention can obtain an optical scanning range twice that of the prior art, obtain a larger angle of field of view, improve the sense of immersion, and improve viewing experience.
