Abstract:
The present application relates to a laser tailor-welded pre-plated steel plate and a hot stamped member. The laser tailor-welded pre-plated steel plate comprises a first pre-plated steel plate, a second pre-plated steel plate, and a weld joint between the edges of the first pre-plated steel plate and the second pre-plated steel plate; and the components of the weld joint in percentage by weight enable the full austenitizing temperature Ae3 of the weld joint in an equilibrium state to satisfy the following formula: Ae3=898-30*CMn-weld-231*CC- weld+58*CAl-weld 2+37*CAl-weld≤820. According to the present invention, the components of the weld joint are controlled by controlling the components and thickness of a base steel plate and the thickness of a pre-plated layer of the base steel plate, such that no additional auxiliary means is required during laser welding. The weld joint of the hot stamped member made of the laser tailor-welded pre-plated steel plate has improved performance, and collision safety is improved.
