Abstract:
The present invention relates to a laser welding device wherein when an electrode lead and an electrode tab are stably placed on a lower mask while a laser irradiator, a base plate, and an upper mask are coupled to one another, a laser is emitted to pass through an opening hole of the base plate and an opening hole of the upper mask to perform welding. The laser welding device comprises: the base plate which is provided with a fastener to protrude from one surface thereof; and the upper mask which is provided with a fastening hole allowing the fastener to be introduced thereinto and is coupled to the base plate through engagement between the fastener and the fastening hole. The fastener includes: an empty cylinder having an air hole perforated therethrough along the longitudinal direction; a piston which is slidable inside the cylinder while being coupled to a spring and has a section in which a diameter is decreasing toward one side thereof; and a ball coupled to the cylinder. When the fastener is introduced into the fastening hole, the ball is introduced into a groove formed on the inner circumferential surface of the fastening hole by the piston, so as to be prevented from escaping, and when air is injected into the air hole, the piston slides so that the ball can escape from the groove.
