Abstract:
This laser welding device comprises: a first laser oscillator that oscillates a first laser beam; and a laser beam scanning system that changes the irradiation position of the first laser beam on a workpiece. The workpiece includes a plurality of sections to be welded which are disposed at intervals in the circumferential direction centered on a prescribed central axis. The laser welding device further comprises: a rotary table that rotates the workpiece about the central axis; a rotary table control unit that controls the operation of the rotary table such that the relative position of a section to be welded among the plurality of sections to be welded continuously changes relative to the laser beam scanning system; and a laser beam control unit that controls the operation of the laser beam scanning system such that a prescribed target position in the section to be welded is irradiated with the first laser beam.
