Abstract:
A latch handle device (10) includes: a casing (12) that has a recess (23) opened on the outer surface of a door (101); a shaft member (40) that is rotatably inserted into two shaft holes (26, 27) formed in first- and second-side surfaces of the recess; and a handle body (50) that is joined to the shaft member and is disposed in the recess. The two shaft holes are formed in two plates arranged side by side. The plates respectively have annular steps (28, 29) formed at the opening circumferential edges of the shaft holes on surfaces opposite to the recess. The shaft member is formed by joining together a first shaft element (41) and a second shaft element (46) inserted in the shaft holes of the two plates. Elastic rings (82, 84) are held in a pressed state between the steps (28, 29) and step surfaces (41a, 48a) formed at the intermediate parts of the shaft elements.
