Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a lateral supporting rubber for a run-flat tire, and a run-flat tire and a detection method. The modulus loss rate of the lateral supporting rubber for a run-flat tire is |1-G'2/G'1| ≤ 6％, where G'1 is a modulus before the simulation of zero-air-pressure driving on the run-flat tire, G'2 is a modulus after the simulation of zero-air-pressure driving on the run-flat tire, and test conditions for both G'1 and G'2 are a temperature of 55-60°C, a frequency of 600 cpm and a strain of 7%. The lateral supporting rubber in the present application can be applied to a run-flat tire, guarantee a sufficient supporting performance, tensile fatigue resistance and excellent low heat generation performance, and enable the run-flat tire to be repaired for secondary use after driving in a zero-air-pressure state, such that there is no need to replace the tire, thereby achieving sustainability and low-carbon environmental protection.
