A laundry treatment control method and apparatus of a washing machine, and a washing machine and a storage medium. The control method comprises: within a preset time range after an inner drum of a washing machine is accelerated to a preset forward rotation speed and stably operates, acquiring a real-time driving parameter value of the inner drum of the washing machine and an extreme driving parameter value within a time period from a start moment of the preset time range to the current moment (S110); according to the real-time driving parameter value, the extreme driving parameter value and a preset driving parameter fluctuation threshold value, detecting the state of laundry being clipped by a door of the washing machine (S120); when there is no laundry being clipped by the door of the washing machine, running a washing or dewatering program (S130); and when there is laundry being clipped by the door of the washing machine, adjusting the inner drum of the washing machine to operate for a preset duration at a preset reverse rotation speed so as to unclip the laundry (S140).
