Abstract:
Provided is a layered ceramic capacitor with which it is possible to improve both moisture resistance and high-temperature reliability. In a layered ceramic capacitor 1 according to the present embodiment, an effective layer part 11E in which a plurality of internal electrode layers 30 face each other in a height direction T in a laminate 10, includes a first side-surface-side effective layer part 11E1, a second side-surface-side effective layer part 11E2, and a central-section-side effective layer part 11EC. The average height-direction T thickness of dielectric layers 20 within the first side-surface-side effective layer part 11E1 and the second side-surface-side effective layer part 11E2 is less than the average height-direction T thickness of dielectric layers 20 within the central-section-side effective layer part 11EC. The average particle diameter of a ceramic material in the dielectric layers 20 within the first side-surface-side effective layer part 11E1 and the second side-surface-side effective layer part 11E2 is greater than the average particle diameter of a ceramic material in the dielectric layers 20 within the central-section-side effective layer part 11EC.
